Reservations

We recommend advance reservations on all rental items. A credit card is required to be on file for all reservations. Reservations require a 40% deposit & signed contract to guarantee your order.100xx35 puertorrican food accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.. The 40% deposit is non-refundable. Reservations made within 7 days of the delivery require the full payment upon ordering and this payment is non-refundable. All rental orders are to be paid in full on or before the date of delivery or pickup, unless other arrangements have been made.

 

Delivery and Pick-ups

Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee. Our rates are based on direct, first-floor delivery during regular business hours, and services are provided Tuesday to Sunday. We will serve all hour food in disposable aluminum pans. When you finish the event you can throw then away or for additional fee we can pass pick them up and throw them away.

 

Responsibilities

Before the event, the client most let us know how much people will be there so we can estimated how much food we have to bring there. The cliente most have a designed place ready for set up the pans. If the client ask for a additional item as tables and/or seats we can rent them for a additional price. 

100x35 is responsible to bring the food on time and the amount that the client and us agreed before the event. 100x35 is responsible for any personal property we could damage setting up the catering.

 

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable and will be retained at any time of cancellation.

-  A 100% cancellation charge will apply if event  are canceled less than 23 hours prior the event. If the client cancel 24 hours or before, we just keep the 40% deposit.

- Reschedule made 48 hours or prior the event has not any charge fee. Reschedule made 47 hours or less prior the time of the event are subject to 15% charge on the full price. Reschedule made 23 hours or less prior the time of the event are subject to 25% charge on the full price.
